Where we deliver

We deliver anywhere in South Africa, door-to-door, by courier.

Delivery cost

Nationwide door-to-door delivery: R149 per order.

How long will my order take?

Every item is printed to order especially for you, so please allow:

  • Production: 1 - 10 working days after we have received your photos.
  • - Delivery: 1 - 4 working days after your order has been dispatched.
  • This means most orders arrive within about 2 - 14 working days from the day we receive your photos. Times may be longer during busy periods (such as December) or because of courier delays outside our control.

Sending your photos

You can upload your photos when you order, or email or WhatsApp them to us within 6 months of ordering. Production only starts once we have your photos.

Tracking your order

Once your order has been dispatched, we will let you know so you can follow its delivery.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the item and we will arrange a free reprint or a full refund (see our Refund Policy).
