Welcome to Grace Design Studio (gracedesignstudio.myshopify.com), operated from South Africa. By placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms.

 

Orders & payment: All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payment is processed securely via Yoco or bank deposit at checkout. We reserve the right to cancel any order in cases of suspected fraud or pricing error, in which case you'll receive a full refund.

 

Your content: When you upload photos or images for a custom print, you confirm that you own the rights to that image or have permission to use it. We use your uploaded images solely to produce your order.

 

Production & shipping: Items are made to order and typically dispatched within 3-5 business days. Delivery is via courier within South Africa via our door-to-door delivery option (R149, 2-4 business days). Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

Limitation of liability: While we take care in producing every order, Grace Design Studio isn't liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of our products or website.

 

Changes to these terms: We may update these terms from time to time; the latest version will always be posted on this page.
